All dogs placed through the Have A Heart Humane Society will have health checks, and personality and temperament evaluations, prior to placement. I understand that this is a preliminary application and that there may be no dog available in rescue at this time. I further understand that all information on my Preliminary Rescue Foster Application will be kept confidential; that my application will be kept on file until I notify the Have A Heart Humane Society that I am no longer interested in being a foster. As a volunteer of this rescue, I agree to abide by the policies and procedures. I understand that I will be volunteering at my own risk and that the rescue, its Board of Directors, other volunteers, employees and affiliates, cannot assume any responsibility for any liability for any accident, injury or health problem which may arise from any volunteer work I perform for the rescue.
